In the event of a cancellation, every effort will be made to re-let the accommodation, and if successful only the deposit will be forfeited, if not the balance will be required at the end of the holiday period: we therefore strongly recommend that everyone should insure against financial loss.

The proprietor cannot accept any responsibility for the loss or damage to visitors’ personal belongings, or for loss or damage to any motor vehicle or their contents whilst staying at “BEACHMOUNT”.

Apartments are available from 2.30 pm at start of holiday (anyone arriving late please give approx. time of arrival ). The apartments must be vacated by 10 AM ON DAY OF DEPARTURE.

No more than the number of persons as stated on the booking /confirmation form can be allowed to stay in any apartment. We reserve the right to refuse admittance if this condition is not observed. Parties of young single people are not accepted. It would be appreciated if all visitors do not behave in a manner which would cause annoyance or embarrassment to other guests at “BEACHMOUNT”.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that everything is working satisfactory in each apartment, the proprietor would appreciate it if you would inform her if this is not so: the problem will then be dealt with as soon as possible. Any damages to property or contents of the apartment are the responsibility of the visitor, and must be reported immediately, arrangements for replacement/repair value can then be made appropriately.
